I obtained my 200-HR Yoga Teacher registration in 2015 and my 500-HR registration in 2019. Beginning in January 2021, I purchased the Tucson franchise of Innergy Corporate Yoga, under my LLC of Align Self Care, leading weekly corporate mat and chair yoga and meditation sessions, conducting lunch and learn sessions, and providing private and small group instruction. I also support The Yoga Connection, Tucson’s only not-for-profit yoga studio, as a member of the Board of Directors and lead modules for the Hatha Teacher Training Institute, as well as sitting on the Business Advisory Council of Community Options—a national nonprofit providing housing and employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
It is my goal to bring the benefits of yoga to as many people as possible. Yoga is so much more than fancy poses. These workshop subjects, though approached through yoga, truly offer actionable takeaways for EVERY BODY.
